Big Waves and a Shipwreck

This morning we awoke to another warm though partly cloudy day at the beach. And, we also awoke to a shipwreck less than a half mile down the beach from our hotel in Newport! We did a double-take when we got down to the beach and saw a good-sized ship in the sand! The kids went in for another swim in the ocean and they loved jumping big waves as the tide was coming in. On our way home we drove down the coast to Florence. I love Highway 101 when we are not in a hurry and Chad is driving! It was a great couple days at the beach!
