Willem had his first outdoor soccer game of the season today. He is in Pre-K, playing on the St. Paul Kindergarten team along with a couple of his Pre-K buddies. Willem had a blast out there today and shows such emotion when he plays as you can see in the pictures. It was so cute watching him try all sorts of 'moves' his big brother taught him like the scissors, pull-back and cuts. He ended up scoring 13 goals and playing the whole game because his team had only one sub and he never wanted to go out. Gabrielle also played her first outdoor game of the season on her class's 2nd grade team (she also plays with her cousins on a 3rd grade team). Chad went to her game while I was at Willem's (thus no pictures). She did great also, scoring 5 goals in a 12-1 win and having a great time!
