Cade was just saying how he loves this weekend so far. And, thinking of the last 24 hours, it is pretty perfect knowing Cade....
Friday at noon it was early release from school, he went home, ate some Mac & Cheese, played a video game and then I took him and his cousin and best buddy Pascal to a 1.5 hour private soccer training with a favorite coach (a college student who coaches at the soccer club and plays coed soccer with my brothers and me). He made a new juggling record of 112 juggles (with the soccer ball, of-course)! After the training, we went to Kick City Indoor soccer to watch his sister play and then he played a game himself, winning 8-2 and scoring 6 goals! He then hung out at Kick City for a couple more hours playing with his buddies (Jack, Pascal and bro Willem) and watching a soccer game in the attached sports pub while I played a game. We got home at about 8:30 and watched a movie together and then it was off to bed at 10:30. This morning, Cade woke up, had pancakes, played a half hour of video games and then it was off to two basketball games; he scored 4 points and 12 points in a close loss (27-33) and a win (48-18) in the YMCA 4th grade league (he plays with other 3rd graders).
So, from noon on Friday to noon Saturday, Cade played a soccer game, had soccer training, played two basketball games and played video soccer & basketball games. I think the only thing that would make it even better to Cade is playing a couple more basketball and soccer games!

Fun pictures of Cade's everyday life! He's a spoiled boy pursuing what he loves everyday. How fun! Will this be our life with Jacoby someday? :)
