We celebrated the 4th of July in our traditional way. First, Chad and I hiked Mt Pisgah (we chose this over the 10K run we usually do when we are home for the 4th) which was so beautiful. We then met Grandma, Auntie Carrie, Auntie Cindy and Andy at the Harrisburg parade. Nev loved the candy and the horses most! Willem liked the farm equipment and the candy. Cade enjoyed seeing Andy, as always! And Elle mostly hung out with Grandma. After the parade, we relaxed at Grandma and Grandpa's house until the fireworks in the evening in Harrisburg. Such a nice, relaxing day!

The candy grab!
Genevieve and me goofing off at Grandma and Grandpa's!
This one cracked me up! Nev did not want her picture taken in this dress Uncle Marcus had given her (a hand-me-down from Maddie)
Nev loved playing with our fireworks
Nev enjoying the fireworks and her Sun Chips :)
The boys (Cade, Willem and Andy) always have fun together

So many great pictures in this one... too funny of Nev in Morgan's dress(!), cool dusk light of Nev and Chad with the sparklers, love the first image, of course, with Will, and then capturing the candy grab is a great idea. (Our kids got SO much candy at our parade, and we haven't even finished last years yet... ha!). It sounds like a pretty relaxing, nice 4th of July for you guys :))
