Thanksgiving Weekend

Thanksgiving weekend celebrations continued after the holiday itself because we were lucky enough to have Amber, Tony and kids stay an extra day with us, plus my family all got together again to watch the Duck Civil War football game. Some highlights of the rest of the weekend were Genevieve loving playing in the leaves with her cousins; all our kids having a blast playing their own football game during the Civil War game; and Amber and I going Christmas shopping Saturday evening with just the two of us (heavenly :). Of-course, we took a few pictures.....

Looking tough after their football game!

Genevieve had so much fun with everyone, it looks like she's leaping two feet in the air here!

This shot cracks me up: notice Cade is about to score and Willem has a disgusted/frustrated look on his face :)

Nev gets in on the posing. She thinks her elbows are her muscles!

Nia was very excited to be riding a bike!

Jacoby and Nev playing in the dirt

Nia was loving getting praise for her 'high fives'!

Having a BLAST in the leaves!

It got even better when Opa joined in on the fun!

Squishing down the leaves in the compost bin. Good times!

While we were all having fun in the leaves, Chad was being an awesome hubby putting up all the Christmas lights outside. Thanks hubby!
