We Love Cousins and Summer!

The past two and a half weeks my sister, Marilyn, and three of her kids have been visiting us, and my sister, Amber, and her two kids have come for long weekends to join in on the fun. This means that often there are ten or more kids running around our house. There are now 23 Konyn cousins so ten is just a drop in the bucket! I love seeing our kids having so much fun with their cousins. They can really be themselves and they play for hours and hours. Between our house and James & Jenn's house there have been scavenger hunts, battles in the forest, hide-and-seek, tag, swimming in the creek, blackberry picking, bake sales, soccer games, video game battles, ping pong matches, trampoline jumping, movie nights, countless sleepovers and so much more. Here are just a few pictures of our life at home the past couple weeks...

No wonder Willem (age 7 in blue shorts) has no fear when he plays against ten year-olds in his soccer leagues. He battles 11-17 year-olds everyday at home!
