While I was in Palm Springs in early December, Chad took the kids up into the mountains above Oakridge to find a Christmas tree. These trips, deep into the woods, are always an adventure with lots of great memories but also a few cuss words from my hubby! This time the SUV got stuck, requiring some shoveling to get out. But the kids reported having a great time (though Nev cannot talk about it without reporting about her very cold hands)! I was so happy to come back from my trip with a gorgeous tree in our house, ready for me and the girls to decorate. I love that Chad took the camera with him and that Gabrielle and he took some fantastic pictures of their adventure...
