This past weekend, Chad took our boys camping and I took our girls to Elle's soccer tournament in Portland. When we shared our iphone pictures, I noticed these pictures were taken within minutes of each other. Kind-of fun!
A few things about the weekend...1) the boys absolutely loved camping which included lots of junk food, stories from dad, frog catching, gun shooting, hiking and camp fires; 2) us girls had a blast together playing/watching soccer, relaxing with friends and doing some school shopping; and 3) my bed at Embassy Suites was much more comfortable than Chad's bed in the back seat of our Ford Excursion (Cade, Will and Jace took up all the space in the tent)!
Elle, Maddie and Kyndsi in the elevator of Embassy Suites. These gals guested with the Athletica White team this weekend at the Mt. Hood Challenge making it to the quarterfinals and ultimately finishing 7th out of 16 teams in the Silver Division. They lost another tough game in PK's (happily Elle did make her PK but they lost the shootout 2-1).
