Easter!

We had a wonderful and sunny Easter with our families! After a busy day of soccer on Saturday, we gathered at Opa and Kathleen's house for dinner and an Easter egg hunt. It was busy and fun but still somehow relaxing and went by far too quickly. All my siblings were there except David who was with Pascal at his game in Portland (thankfully, Amy brought Carsten, Frances and Athena) and, of-course, Marilyn and family. It was especially nice seeing Duane, Mary, Tucker and Max and, too funny watching Tucker's excitement while eating his Nerts candies!! The kids had fun hunting for eggs together and doing their candy exchange after the hunt. The boys (older and younger) enjoyed a lot of basketball throughout the evening. And, Amber did an amazing job of taking some family pictures for us. On Sunday, we opened Easter baskets with Amber, Tony and kids and then all went to Easter Mass. After mass, we spent a nice relaxing day at Chad's parents and siblings which included a great Easter dinner, a long walk, relaxing in front of the TV and a 79th birthday celebration for Grandpa! I was lucky to get pictures from Amber from Opa's house plus I took a few at Chad's family...

Genevieve LOVED visiting the Easter bunny and decorating eggs. Gabrielle and Meleesa helped with the eggs too :)

I even got in on a little early basketball action early in the evening while Chad and Cade sparred!
