Genevieve was the only one of our kids that was really excited for school to start. She could not wait to see her friends and play with them. Willem and Gabrielle were their typical selves with regard to school, not excited about it starting and not wanting summer to end but there was very little complaining or anxiety about it starting up again. Cade was definitely dreading the start of school the most. He is really DONE with St. Paul and middle school and just wants to be with the older kids in high school. I'm looking forward to next year for him where he actually might not totally dread the end of summer for once! All the kids reported having a pretty good first day though Cade did say if felt like it was the middle of the year already and it'll be a long nine months :)
I had to add this picture from last week when Nev was dancing and playing dress-up. She is definitely always entertaining us!

I really do love the picture that you got of the four of them! Maybe they've learned how to smile and be done after all these years!? Or maybe your bribed them ;) Great picture of your four!! Plus Elle looks SO adorable in her picture by herself... um hello cute outfit and gorgeous hair. Oh and Nev-Nev, she looks so cute in her school dress and then so original in the last picture. Only Nev!! :D
